A Group Company of the MAK Group “MAK Hotels & Resorts” has plans to build Hotels & Resorts in various locations across the country under it’s Brand “Blue Lotus”. MAK Hotels is currently developing 1000 rooms in Hyderabad, Chennai, Nagpur and Mysore & plans to build another 1000 Rooms in Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Vizag & Kolkata in the next 5 years.

MAK group announces Joint venture with Sunway City Berhad

The real estate sector in India is booming and is attracting investments from many foreign companies. To capitalize on the boom, MAK Group has floated a SPV “Sunway MAK International” which has entered into a Joint Venture with Sunway City Singapore, Malaysia’s leading property Developer to deliver quality housing projects of international standard. This initiative will combine the enormous synergies of both companies to set industry benchmarks. The first venture is a Residential Township in the high rise zone near the Hyderabad International Airport with an investment of Rs.5 Billion. The project is expected to be completed in the next 5 years.
