Note: All cheques / drafts to be made in favor of “ MAK PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED, (BANYAN)” payable at Hyderabad . * EAST / NORTH / PARK FACING / CORNER VILLA (if available): 5% extra on villa cost. * North East Facing Villa (if available): 7.5% extra on villa cost. * The above payment plan is excluding Corpus Fund, Registration and other taxes. * Any deposit to be paid to HMWSSB / APCPDCL or any other authority shall be paid by the Purchaser. * If the area of the Plot / Villa varies from the specified, the price payable by the purchaser shall be adjusted accordingly.
